Project

The department is responsible for designing, securing, and continuously improving plant operations to ensure reliable and compliant OT services across regions.

This role focuses on embedding cybersecurity into OT service design, ensuring systems are secure, resilient, and aligned with industry standards while supporting safe and efficient plant operations.

Role

    • Security by Design: Integrate cybersecurity requirements, controls, and architectures into the design and evolution of OT services across their full lifecycle.
    • Standards, Compliance & Governance: Ensure OT services comply with cybersecurity policies, standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements. Support audits, risk assessments, and exception management.
    • Design Validation & Transition: Validate that security controls are properly implemented and tested before go-live. Support service readiness reviews and secure handover into operations.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineering teams, Service Design Owners, SOC/ROC teams, and plant stakeholders to balance security, performance, cost, and operational needs.
    • Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to lifecycle management, including technology upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and decommissioning of insecure components to continuously improve OT security.

    We are looking for

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Automation, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in OT / Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
    • Experience integrating cybersecurity into system or service design (not only operations)
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred
    • Solid understanding of:
    • Industrial networks and SCADA systems
      Interaction between IT and OT environments
      SOC processes and incident response in OT
