Project

We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Developer to join a strategic project with an expected duration of 2 years, contributing to the development, integration, and evolution of IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator solutions.

Role

• Design and develop IBM FileNet components, including classes, subscriptions, pre-processors, and code modules
• Develop and customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) solutions, including desktops, plugins, and External Data Services
• Integrate FileNet and ICN with external systems and applications to automate document classification and enrich user information dynamically
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing FileNet and ICN implementations, ensuring scalability and compliance with current standards
• Perform unit testing and non-regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability
• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor deployments across different environments through to production
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, configuration manuals, and user documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions

We are looking for

• Proven experience as an IBM FileNet Developer
• Minimum of 300 man-days of experience with IBM FileNet within the last 5 years
• Minimum of 300 man-days of experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) within the last 5 years
• Strong experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Experience with system integrations, deployments, testing, and application support
• Ability to work effectively in large-scale enterprise environments
• English (C1) or French (C1) proficiency is mandatory
