Project

We are looking for a Monitoring & Observability Specialist to join our Cloud & Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing robust observability solutions in cloud environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational visibility.

Role

• Design and implement monitoring and observability strategies across cloud environments (multi-cloud or hybrid)
• Deploy, configure, and manage tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Fluent Bit
• Build and maintain efficient pipelines for logs, metrics, and tracing
• Work with the HashiCorp ecosystem:
  Consul for service discovery and service mesh
  Vault for secrets management
  Sentinel for policy governance
• Create dashboards and proactive alerting mechanisms to ensure system health and performance
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Automate deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and governance
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and contribute to reliability improvements

We are looking for

• Proven experience in monitoring and observability within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  Prometheus (scraping, alert rules)
  Grafana (dashboard creation, data sources)
  Loki (log aggregation)
  Fluent Bit (log forwarding and parsing)
• Practical experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul, Sentinel)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience troubleshooting complex environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Professional proficiency in English
