Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create monthly KPI reports and communicate insights for financial and operational performance.
• Work closely with business units (Marketing, Risk, Product) to understand goals, gather requirements, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and managing sources from structured and unstructured environments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and reporting standards.
• Use SQL, Python, DAX, and ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data.

We are looking for

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in Banking or Insurance sectors (preferred or required depending on the role).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
