Project
Ensure effective coordination across all vendors by driving SLA compliance, performance monitoring, and structured governance. Act as the central point of accountability, enabling rapid resolution of cross-vendor issues. Strengthen collaboration, improve transparency, and ensure vendor activities align with operational priorities and strategic goals within a complex multi-vendor environment.
Role
- Manage relationships with network and technology vendors (Huawei, Nokia, others).
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate multi-vendor troubleshooting efforts during major incidents.
- Act as escalation point for vendor-related service issues.
- Define and track KPIs related to vendor performance and service quality.
- Conduct service reviews and performance meetings with vendors.
- Ensure accountability and ownership across all involved parties.
- Support definition and enforcement of governance frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action plans.
- Support contract compliance and service improvement initiatives.
- Provide reporting and dashboards for vendor performance and SLA metrics.
We are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or telecom operations.Strong experience managing SLAs, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Experience working in multi-vendor telecom environments.
- Ability to drive coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Experience in escalation management and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with telecom network domains (RAN, Core, OSS/BSS).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Project Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role follows a rotational work arrangement. Employees are typically assigned to Riyadh for an initial period of three months, followed by 15 days in their home country. This is then followed by a further three-month assignment in Riyadh. The remainder of the year is worked remotely. This rotation pattern is repeated annually.
