Project

Responsible for supporting the Sales Engineering (SE) team in driving customer product feature adoption and managing the lifecycle of customers' product solutions. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, customers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product implementations, and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Role

• Assist internal teams with configuration validation for sales opportunities;
• Collect data to create sales programs and lifecycle management processes;
• Provide product performance solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations;
• Participate in Account Planning as part of the team;
• Assist with solution designs and lead simpler designs;
• Help customers with product demonstrations, system configurations, feature adoption, and technical questions;
• Collaborate with teams such as Customer Support, Professional Services, and Order Management;
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities to enhance customer engagement;
• Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Storage solutions, strengthening customer relationships.

We are looking for

• Experience with pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure smooth customer engagements and solution implementations;
• Providing excellent technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication;
• Confident in preparing and delivering technical product presentations;
• Familiarity with internal tools for pre-sales and customer follow-up;
• Ability to collect data, identify problems, and draw valid conclusions;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively;
• Knowledge of storage architectures (e.g., FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
