Project

We are looking for a Technical Functional Analyst for one of our projects in Public Sector, in Lisbon!
You are going to participate in the requirements gathering and analysis with the business stakeholders. Besides, your goal will be to understand business rules, follow-up with the project roadmaps, timelines and budgets, understanding the technical and non-functional requirements, as well as maintaining a bridge with the technical team, while applying your solid knowledge in public tenders and procurement processes.

We are looking for

• Degree in Informatics or equivalent;
• 6+ years of experience in Public Sector, as a Functional/Requirements Analyst;
• Focus: Functional and Non-Functional requirements gathering for technical and functional specifications in the preparation of order books for public procurement processes;
• Experience in Functional Architecture and solid technical knowledge/background (development/APIs, etc.);
• Knowledge in Accessibility, UX/UI, Linux, Windows Server, Databases (SQL Server, MariaDB) and Web Servers (IIS, Apache).
