Project

We are looking for a professional with 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Role

• Act as a Scrum Master for development squads, ensuring the adoption of agile methodologies;
• Take on the role of Product Owner for specific projects, ensuring backlog definition and prioritization;
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders in requirement analysis and solution design;
• Collaborate with Agile teams across different projects, ensuring best practices and value delivery;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process optimizations;
• Ensure the delivery of all expected outputs at the required level;
• Configure and analyze reports and complex performance indicators;
• Analyze behaviors and organizational structures and their impact on support processes.

We are looking for

• Proven experience in implementing and facilitating agile methodologies;
• Ability to work in a team with a mindset focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and results-oriented approach;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and GitHub;
• Fluent in English.
