Project

Professional to support the IT Systems and Applications Management team.
This team manages, maintains and evolves application and platform infrastructures and its mission is to tune, support and evolve systems for new Cloud and Container environments.

Role

• System administration and Clou and On-Prem platforms;
• Maintenance of application servers, such as tomcat, apache, nginx...;
• Support for Application Support, Development and Product Owners teams;
• Automation development, alarm and monitoring design;
• Single point of contact;
• Monitoring technical projects addressed to the team;
• 24/7 prevention, 1x week per month.

We are looking for

• Dynamism, objectivity and proactivity;
• Ability to organize and interact with other teams;
• Interpersonal communication skills;
• Motivation and customer orientation;
• Knowledge of English;
• Willingness to carry out preventive measures and interventions 24x7;
• Operating system administration (scriping, hardening, tuning)
• Application maintenance, operation and troubleshooting;
• Focus on system and application security;
• Good Troubleshooting/Post-Mount skills;
• Familiarity with monitoring and operational support platforms;
• Knowledge of Networking and balancing applications and services;
• Knowledge of and experience with containerized infrastructures such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of programming;
• Knowledge of CI/CD;
• Knowledge of implementing services in Cloud environments;
• Knowledge of operational automation;
• Elementary knowledge of managing, operating and supporting infrastructures in public Clouds;
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
