Role

• Development of app template and re-use components;
• Management of the Continental Marketplace Appstore;
• Development of development guidelines and best practices;
• Design and implementation of Governance rules;
• Maintenance of Documentation;
• Security Compliance Enforcement;
• Code quality control to ensure technical standards;
• Operation of Mendix Cloud & Control Center;
• Operation and further development of Virtual Private Cloud (VPC);
• Implementation of change requests regarding the CLAP platform;
• Community engagement, learning sessions, videos, FAQs;
• Consulting and conducting training courses;
• Vendor Management;
• Agile coach, project journey guide.

We are looking for

• Solid professional experience in information technology, particularly in the development of software solutions;
• familiar with the low-code platform Mendix, preferred to have Advance Expert level Mendix certification;
• interested in common cloud platforms and modern technologies such as AI, IoT and Kubernetes;
• Experience with relevant technologies besides Mendix such as Java, Javascript, Python, Git, AWS basics;
• Successful management of complex development projects, as well as solid experience in leading groups and coaching;
• Knowledge of IT standards (e.g. operating systems, security, agile development), solid experience and know-how in the implementation of software solutions as well as in the development/coding of systems, know-how regarding system architectures.
