Project
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to take part in a project for one of our clients, focusing on data integration and support across on-premise and cloud environments.

Role

• Provide L2 technical support with expertise in Apache Kafka, including troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in data pipelines;
• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing data integration workflows between on-premise and cloud environments;
• Deliver technical assistance to customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues related to data integration promptly and effectively;
• Escalate complex technical and integration issues to higher-level teams or developers, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction;
• Document all interactions, including issue details, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and integration configurations, in a ticketing system for knowledge sharing;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, quality assurance, and cloud specialists, to address recurring technical challenges and improve the reliability of data integration processes.

We are looking for

• Proficiency in Apache Kafka, with hands-on experience in event streaming and data integration;
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a technical support professional, particularly in data-driven environments;
• Knowledge of the Confluent platform and its use in cloud and on-premise setups;
• Familiarity with managing data pipelines and ensuring seamless data flow across hybrid infrastructures;
• Spanish is a plus.
