Project

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst with strong expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2nd line technical support roles, addressing user queries and solving technical issues in a dynamic environment. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication skills and be fluent in Portuguese.

Role

• Provide 2nd line technical support for applications and databases;
• Analyze and resolve technical issues raised by users, ensuring timely and effective solutions;
• Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution;
• Maintain and improve PL/SQL queries and scripts to support business processes;
• Work directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve their technical problems, providing excellent customer service;
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance support services;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in database management and technical support.

We are looking for

• Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL;
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support activities (2nd line) that require contact with users;
• PL/SQL Developer or equivalent tools for database management;
• Issue tracking and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow);
• Database management systems like Oracle or similar;
• Fluent in Portuguese.
