Project
We are looking for a highly qualified Functional Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for analyzing, documenting and specifying requirements, ensuring the correct modeling of business processes and their effective implementation in our client's IT projects.
Role
- Survey, analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Modeling business processes using UML and user cases;
- Use of tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, Visio or other BPM modeling platforms;
- Working on Public Administration projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and sector specifics;
- Support for development teams, ensuring correct interpretation of requirements;
- Participation in agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMBOK) methodologies for project management and delivery;
- Analysis and continuous improvement of business processes based on methodologies such as BABOK and BPMN;
- Querying and manipulating data in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) to support functional analysis.
We are looking for
- Higher education in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Administration or related areas;
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience as a Functional Analyst or in related roles;
- Proven experience in Public Administration projects;
- Smart Business Platform certification;
- Experience in documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
- Knowledge and practice in creating UML diagrams and user cases;
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, Visio or similar;
- Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies;
- Experience with requirements analysis and business process methodologies, such as BABOK and BPMN;
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server.
