Role

• Develop and enhance Python scripts to automate CPE configuration and management;Plan and structure the approach for mass deployment of firmware updates and configurations;
• Adapt to existing solutions, identifying optimization opportunities and proposing improvements;
• Test and validate changes in a dedicated environment before production deployment;
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve network reliability.

We are looking for

• Strong experience in Python development, with a focus on automation and scripting;
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing network devices (Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik, Teldata);
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals;
• Device management protocols: SNMP, SSH, Telnet, CDP, LLDP;
• Switching and VLANs: Trunk ports, 802.1Q, Native VLAN;
• Routing and IPv4: Basic routing, NAT, IPv4 addressing, and subnetting;
• Security features: ACLs, DHCP snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection, Port Security;
• Wireless security: WPA, WPA2, WPA3, WPA3-Enterprise, OWE;
• Service protocols: TFTP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS;
• Log management: Configuration and centralization for troubleshooting;
• Ability to plan and structure automation processes for mass firmware updates and configurations;
• Experience with testing and validating changes in controlled environments before applying them to production;
• Strong troubleshooting and network problem-solving skills;
• Autonomy in Python development and ability to work in a team environment.
