Project

We are looking for a Functional Safety (FuSa) Engineer with hands-on experience, capable of driving safety-related tasks from start to finish. The ideal candidate will actively work on requirement writing, system design, TSRs, TSEs, modeling, and analysis, ensuring safety and reliability across hardware and software components.

Role

• Write and manage Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs) and Technical Safety Elements (TSEs);
• Design system-level safety architectures, ensuring compliance with safety standards;
• Perform modeling and analysis for safety-critical systems;
• Identify and close gaps between hardware and software teams, proactively driving solutions;
• Conduct Safety FMEA to analyze and mitigate potential system issues;
• Collaborate with HW and SW stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress without waiting for external inputs;
• Suggest system-level improvements, going beyond minor component adjustments;
• Ensure all safety measures are documented and implemented effectively.

We are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience in Functional Safety (FuSa);
• Strong knowledge of system schematics, datasheets, and hardware/software integration;
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks;
• Experience in safety modeling, FMEA, and risk assessment;
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to drive solutions to completion;
• High reliability and accountability in safety-critical environments.
