Project

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale backend services that power high‑performance applications. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud‑native development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You should have a solid understanding of microservices architecture, container orchestration, and modern API design principles.

Role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, secure, and reliable microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs adhering to industry best practices.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and cloud‑native service deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams following Agile methodologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code, ensuring high quality through testing and best engineering practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evolve the overall backend ecosystem.

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Strong, hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem modules.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud services.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes for service orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of API design, REST principles, and best practices for scalable backend services.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with participation in ceremonies, code reviews, and iterative delivery.
• Experience with SDUI.
