Role

    • Coordination with business side
    • Design, implementation and test of data pipelines with the goal of enabling business analysis
    • Capable to implement near real-time scenarios
    • Development of Event-driven solution.
    • Experience with POS systems.

    We are looking for

    • 8+ years as Data Engineer.
    • 3+ years in senior/lead role.
    • Experience with Customer 360/CDP and Snowflake pipelines.
    • Background in retail or e-commerce.
    • Migration from on-prem BI/DWH to cloud.
    • Bachelors degree in Software/Computer Engineering or related field.
    • Advanced SQL and strong Python skills.
    • Design/build ETL/ELT pipelines (incremental loads, error handling).
    • Data modeling (dimensional models, customer data concepts).
    • Hands-on Snowflake (warehouses, schemas, tasks, streams, Time Travel).
    • Performance and cost optimization in Snowflake.
    • Integration with MarTech/CDP tools (Braze, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
    • Data ingestion from CRM, e-commerce, analytics, POS, support systems.
    • Experience with event data and near real-time feeds.
    • Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
    • Orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Airflow, dbt).
    • Git-based development (branches, PRs, code review).
    • Basic CI/CD for data pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
    • Data quality checks (completeness, duplicates, business rules).
    • Monitoring jobs and freshness, alerting on failures.
    • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Ownership of data platform and quality.
    • Focus on data accuracy and cloud cost efficiency.
