Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic | Phoenix Metro & Yuma, AZ 

About the Role

Join a well-established, 9-location private practice outpatient PT group (7 Phoenix Metro, 2 Yuma) with a team of 30+ therapists. This is a permanent or temp-to-hire opportunity for clinicians at any experience level — new grads and returning clinicians are welcome.

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic / Private Practice.

Patient Population: Adult & Mixed/Age-Diverse.

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience, credentials & leadership)

Start Date: ASAP. 

Flexible Scheduling — Work the Hours That Fit Your Life

Choose the schedule that works for you:

• 3 x 10-hour days + 2 x 5-hour days.
• 4 x 10-hour days.
• 5 x 8-hour days.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN/per diem availability.

Manageable Caseload

Average 8–12 patients/day, supported by a dedicated team of aides and techs (BA-level) who handle therapeutic exercises — so you stay focused on skilled care. New grads and returning clinicians start at 8 patients/day, with a structured 3–5 month ramp-up through our "Ease Into Practice" mentorship program.

Documentation is streamlined with Clinicient/InsightGo EMR + Comprehend PT AI Scribe.

What We're Looking For

Above all, this team values interpersonal skills and being a great teammate. Clinical expertise matters, but rapport-building and communication come first. All experience levels are welcome.

Valued specializations (training/support available if you don't have them yet):

• Orthopedic PT / OCS certification.
• Manual Therapy.
• Vestibular Rehabilitation.
• Trigger Point Dry Needling.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $2,500 – $5,000 (higher for Yuma).
