Lead Mammography Technologist - Full Time, Days
Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Pay Range: $104,000 - $115,000 annually

Overview:

Join our dynamic imaging team as a Lead Mammography Technologist in the heart of Downtown Houston. We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mammo Tech leader to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while mentoring a team of technologists. This is a full-time, weekday, daytime position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality mammographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
• Lead and support a team of technologists, providing training and daily guidance
• Ensure equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Maintain compliance with MQSA and all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for optimal patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Current Texas Medical Board Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license (temporary or permanent)
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ALS)
• Senior-level or leadership experience as a Mammography Technologist
