Welltech Parters is partnering with a well-established Health Clinic in Newman, CA to find a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team. Position Details

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic (501c3)
• Patient Population: All ages — primary care, family medicine
• Schedule: Part-Time | 1–2 days per week/Full Time
• Location: Newman, CA
• Pay Rate: $135.00 – $150.00 per hour (~$280,000 – $310,000/year)
• Relocation Assistance: $8,000
• Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

The ideal Family Medicine Physician will offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services, treating various conditions across all age groups. You will proactively develop patient interactions and refer patients to outside specialists when care falls outside your medical scope. You will produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients' historical data, contributing to the clinic's mission of expanding access to quality care in rural California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages
• Develop patient-specific health programs using historical data
• Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs
• Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams
• Administer vaccinations as appropriate
• Perform medical procedures when necessary
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention
• Refer patients to specialists for specific treatment or procedures as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team including the Medical Director and mid-level providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Medicine practitioner — required
• Completed Family Medicine internship and residency — required
• Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine — required
• Active California medical license in good standing — required
• Active participation in continued medical education (CME) — highly preferred
• Membership in a professional medical organization — highly preferred
• Ability and willingness to work in Newman, CA
