Serving the Rockford community for over 18 years, this integrated practice combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation, massage therapy, functional wellness services, and medical aesthetics under one roof.

• Compensation: $60K-85K Competitive compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic consultations, examinations, and treatment planning
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques and drop tables
• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, auto injuries, and wellness-related concerns
• Educate patients on treatment plans, maintenance care, and injury prevention
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation staff, massage therapists, and other providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Provide rehabilitation and massage therapy orders as appropriate
• Build strong patient relationships and support long-term retention

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
• New graduates are encouraged to apply. Full mentorship and clinical support are available
• Current Illinois Chiropractic License in good standing
• Current professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to become credentialed with major insurance carriers
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills

Preferred

• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and auto injury cases
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, nutrition, supplements, or acupuncture
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting
