Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: City of Industry, CA
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts 
Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM  Night Shift (NOC): 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Start pay: $34-$35/hr (DOE)

About the Opportunity

Welltech Partners is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clients skilled nursing facility in the City of Industry, CA. This is a great opportunity for LVNs who are looking for stable hours, a supportive clinical environment, and hands-on patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Support patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license (Required)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Location Requirement

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or reside near City of Industry, CA
