Role Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced Independent Contract Legal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and network to identify and place legal professionals in positions throughout the U.S. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility of working on your terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit qualified attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments in the U.S. market.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and evaluations to match candidates' skills, experience, and career goals with client requirements.
  • Market Research:  To anticipate recruitment needs and stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and client demands.
  • Negotiations: Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring successful placements that benefit both the candidate and client.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber legal talent for the company's established clients. 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in legal recruitment, legal practice, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the legal industry, including law firm structures, practice areas, and legal roles.
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a results-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Contractor Status: Must have the ability to operate as an independent contractor.
