About:
Our client seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff) to join their collaborative, in-office team. This role involves managing complex, fast-paced cases that often include multiple defendants and result in substantial settlements and verdicts.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will engage in case investigation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work as a second chair. While prior experience with these tasks is valued, it is not required.
This position also involves significant client contact, offering the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families facing challenging circumstances. Empathy, professionalism and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds are critical for success.
Candidates must be prepared for frequent national travel and thrive in a supportive, open-door environment to foster collaboration and effective advocacy.
The firm is a nationwide plaintiff firm.
Required Skills & Experience:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the MO Bar.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clients.
- Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to the plaintiff's work while demonstrating good judgment.
