We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Color Tech/Tinter to join our team in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. As a Color Tech/Tinter, you will be responsible for creating and matching paint colors according to customer specifications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the exact color they desire for their projects. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to understand their color requirements and provide them with accurate color samples. Key Responsibilities: - Create and match paint colors according to customer specifications - Use color matching tools and techniques to ensure accurate color matching - Maintain an inventory of colorants and other materials needed for color matching - Communicate with customers and sales team to understand their color requirements - Provide color samples to customers for approval - Keep accurate records of color formulas and samples for future reference - Ensure the quality and consistency of paint colors through regular testing and adjustments - Assist in the development and improvement of color matching processes and techniques - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in color matching technology - Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the color mixing process Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training in color technology is preferred - Proven experience as a Color Tech/Tinter in the paint industry - Extensive knowledge of color theory and color matching techniques - Familiarity with color matching tools and equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy containers of paint and colorants - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the paint industry We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
