About the job VP, FP&A (REAL ESTATE)
We are looking for an experienced candidate in Real Estate Finance Operations for a VP, FP&A position. This is an HQ/Corporate based role with a regional portfolio and responsibility.
The VP, FP&A (Real Estate) will lead the regional portfolio and provide strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes as well as oversee revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Finance operations
- Month-end closing
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Tax-related matters of the real estate properties
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Financial analysis
Please note that relevant industry experience is highly important.
Other essential requirements but not limited to:
- Qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Highly skilled in handling month-end closing, AP, AR, tax and budgeting to financial analysis specifically of leased/rented real estate assets (office, residential, retail)
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience and extensive knowledge in Office/Commercial, Retail, Residential and if with Investments, Real Estate/Property Development background is a great advantage
- Experienced working in a Singapore listed company, Developer or Operator, Owner-Side with regional exposure or responsibility within the SEA or APAC region
- Great ability to translate business operating models and operational indicators into financial performance
- Ability to work without direct supervision, efficiently manage tasks and time
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent ability to lead and manage a team
