We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and assist with system maintenance and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Assist with network connectivity problems and ensure proper network configurations.
Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Educate users on best practices and preventive measures for computer use.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
