ETL Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented ETL Backend Developer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that support our data integration and data warehousing needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into target databases or data warehouses.

Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement data validation and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data quality.

Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and data mappings.

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and workflows to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in ETL development and backend data integration.

Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.

Strong understanding of database concepts and data warehousing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
