Job Summary:

As a Remote Multimedia Specialist at WeCare Medical Specialty Group, you will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and audio. You will collaborate with our marketing, communications, and training teams to develop compelling content that supports our brand and effectively communicates our message. Your expertise in multimedia production, design, and storytelling will be essential in creating engaging and impactful multimedia experiences.

Responsibilities:

Multimedia Production:

Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, training materials).

Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance visual communication.

Design and develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials.

Record and edit audio content, including podcasts and voiceovers.

Content Development:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Develop storyboards and scripts to guide video and animation production.

Ensure content is accurate, informative, and engaging.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize industry-standard multimedia software and hardware (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video cameras, microphones).

Manage and organize multimedia assets.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia production.

Project Management:

Manage multiple multimedia projects and meet deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Document production processes and procedures.

Content Optimization:

Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices.

Ensure content is accessible and meets accessibility standards.

Analyze multimedia performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Strong video production and editing skills.

Experience with animation and motion graphics.

Strong graphic design skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

United States Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.

Preferred:

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Experience with audio production and editing.

Experience with live streaming and webinar production.
