We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team and help provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the supervision of our experienced Physicians, ensuring accurate imaging for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various conditions.
As part of our team, you will adhere to the highest standards of safety and protocol, ensuring patient care excellence while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures according to department protocols.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards to protect patients, colleagues, and yourself.
- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures thoroughly, ensuring comfort, and maintaining a respectful and courteous approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital Radiology department.
- Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology (Required).
- Certification in Radiography (R)(ARRT).
- Adherence to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality policies.
- Strong commitment to the organization’s core values, mission, and vision.
- Ongoing professional development through self-education and participation in training programs.
- Must attend staff meetings, in-service training, and complete competency evaluations as required.
- Competency in providing care for patients of all ages, considering individual needs.
- Ability to wear and utilize protective clothing and equipment as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $24–$34 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:
- Evening Shift: Additional $2/hour
- Night Shift: Additional $2.50/hour
- Weekend Shift: Additional $2/hour
- Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
