  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

  • Use AI-assisted development tools to generate boilerplate code, write tests, troubleshoot errors, and streamline repetitive tasks.

  • Review AI-generated suggestions critically and determine when they should be accepted, modified, or rejected.

  • Continue strengthening your technical skills and understanding of software architecture.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent demonstrated ability.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework and one backend language or framework.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

  • Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

  • Product-oriented mindset with a focus on solving real user needs.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience refactoring or modernizing existing applications.

  • Familiarity with automated testing practices and tools.
