A Sales & Operations Coordinator is needed to join Stock Gardens, a leading garden design and landscaping business based in Essex. This is a central office-based role where you'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring clients are happy, teams are informed, and projects are on track.
As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds it all together, from handling client enquiries and preparing quotes, to managing schedules, supporting the sales team, and keeping project information up to date. You'll need to be confident, calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound enquiries and supporting the Directors with day-to-day sales admin
- Preparing quotes, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Scheduling garden maintenance and landscaping works, including material orders
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members to keep everyone informed
- Supporting the planning and coordination of project work (soft and hard landscaping)
- Keeping track of stock levels and coordinating regular team meetings
- Helping with marketing (e.g. social media posts, leaflets, seasonal offers)
- Updating files, templates, and systems to support the smooth running of the business
- Managing diaries, holiday requests, and supporting general office duties
What were looking for:
You should be an experienced Administrator, comfortable with sales support, operations and working within busy office environments with ideally some project experience. Either way, you should bring:
- Previous experience in sales admin, project coordination or similar
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A friendly, confident approach and the ability to work independently
- Solid IT skills Excel, CRM tools, and comfort with digital systems
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential, due to location)
