About the job ARCHITECT - (LONDON)
We're seeking a Part 3 Architect to join Steve Ritchie Partnership, an experienced, client focussed international team of architects based in East London (near Aldgate East Tube Station).
Known for its thoughtful approach to design, SRP deliver innovative, enduring and commercially viable buildings across a range of sectors, including: Commercial, Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Residential, Office, Retail, & Industrial. This new opening presents an exciting opportunity for a Part 3 Architect / ARB Registered Architect / Recently Qualified Architect ready to take the next step in their career
As an Architect with a minimum of 2 years post Part III experience expect to be an active member of the team, taking responsibility for running projects and contributing to the development of the practice. You'll be joining a friendly and collaborative team, working on fast moving projects at various stages.
Key Requirements: You should be a pragmatic, versatile, attentive and organised Architect with a CV that highlights
- You are an ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 2 years post Part 3 work experience in the UK;
- Experience of playing an active role in live projects and coordinating the work of different disciplines;
- A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and compliance issues;
- Experience in at least two sectors (preferably including commercial);
- First class communication skills (fluent English - written & spoken);
- The ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly;
- Good technical and practical problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility;
- Excellent Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup skills;
- Experience in technical / delivery RIBA stages (4&5).
