Requirements:

• Should still have some fullstack hands-on experience (React, Node, Typescript, AWS)
• Product focused and drive planning and delivery features of a SaaS solution
• Lead a team of nine engineers that include front end, backend, UX and testing
• Create a culture of respect, collaboration and drive innovation
• Experience lead development of products in Fintech sector
• Stakeholder management skills working with product owner, head of engineering, marketing and sales
