Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in people development across various industries. This role is crucial in driving employee performance, aligning with business requirements, and enhancing the workforce's potential. The successful candidate will specialize in program design and development, leadership training, career development planning, competency development, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Planning: Initiate and design development plans aligned with productivity, focusing on technical skills and leadership programs.
  • Training Programs: Create and deliver effective training and development programs for all staff levels, including multi-skill programs to improve production quality and corporate learning programs for white-collar workers.
  • Leadership Development: Conduct leadership development programs to enhance skills for middle management, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage learning resources such as libraries and learning centers, contributing to employee development.
  • Succession Planning: Design and arrange succession plans for executive levels and develop leadership pipelines within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Develop methods to measure performance management against competency models and organizational goals.
  • HR Processes: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to ensure alignment of training programs with business strategies and core values.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management for training, ensuring effective selection and utilization of external training providers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of five subordinates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Work Smart: Implement smart working practices to enhance efficiency and productivity within the learning and development function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of competency models, individual development plans (IDP), and coaching programs.
  • Proven ability to align training programs with business strategies and core values.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Experience managing budgets related to HRD functions.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing training roadmaps and career development strategies.
  • Experience in vendor management for training programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conducting training sessions for various staff levels.
  • Ability to design and implement career development and leadership development programs.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in organizing and executing development projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and involvement in ISO audits.
