Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical/customer support roles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data structures like JSON, XML, and TCP/IP.
- Languages: Native-level Korean and proficient English for communication with the global management team.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), working from 2pm to 11pm.
