Our client is looking for a marketing director for its Belgian Branch. Its role will be to manage the marketing strategy, budget and team for the Belgian market. They are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic marketer with 5 to 8 years of experience.

• Implement and oversee the marketing strategy in Belgium

 

• Overseeing resources, costs and budget amongst projects and the invoicing of the franchisees

 

• Generate marketing campaigns and strategies to create awareness and lead generation

 

• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish

 

• Supervising of the Marketing Agency within the country

 

• Maintains marketing department by recruiting, managing and training the marketing team

 

• Analyse and negotiate with supplier/ partners and secure agreements

 

• Work in collaboration with the Franchisor’s marketing department

 

• Responsible of the application of the brand and marketing guidelines and strategy of the Franchisor. Report on marketing performance and activities in Belgium

• (Digital) Marketing passionate!

 

• Master’s degree in marketing or a related field

 

• You speak Dutch, French and English

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
