Role Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a private duty client in Dacono, CO. Our team members provide one-on-one care to our patients while improving their quality of life. We strive to maintain work/life balance and offer flexible schedules to our employees. The successful candidate will work closely with one patient in their home environment, performing various nursing tasks such as administering medications, Tube Feedings, Trach/Vent care, monitoring vital signs, assessing the patient's medical condition, etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN license or RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Trach, Vent, GTube experience preferred
12 Hour Shifts 0700-1900
