Windhoek Consulting Engineers (WCE) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager across key human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll input, training logistics, employee relations, and performance management support ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  
• Support payroll input and benefits administration, including leave and pension tracking.
  
• Provide first-line HR support for staff queries and help ensure compliance with labor laws.
  
• Coordinate training sessions, performance review schedules, and maintain training records.
  
• Prepare HR reports, support policy updates, and manage documentation and filing.
  
• Organize wellness and team-building activities to promote a positive work culture.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related
• 3 - 5 years experience in an HR generalist or administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRIS)
• Familiarity with Namibian labor laws
• Experience with AI tools in HR is an added advantage
