Vacancy: ISO & Quality Coordinator
Location: Windhoek, Namibia
Department: Admin (Quality & Compliance)
Reports to: Manager HR & Business Operations

Windhoek Consulting Engineers (WCE) is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven ISO & Quality Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and the development of an ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS).

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support in managing QMS and OHSMS processes, coordinate internal audits, ensure documentation accuracy, and assist in achieving and maintaining relevant ISO certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the ISO 9001-certified QMS and assist with audits, risk assessments, and document control
  
• Support the development, implementation, and certification of an ISO 45001-compliant OHSMS
  
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  
• Prepare audit reports, maintain accurate ISO documentation, and update compliance checklists
  
• Assist with training coordination, awareness campaigns, and staff engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 systems
• Internal auditing certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in ISO management software and documentation systems
• Experience with AI tools for ISO management is a bonus
