Windhoek Consulting Engineers (WCE) is looking for a creative, driven, and people-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our team. This exciting role will help shape and promote our brand by leading integrated marketing efforts, coordinating internal and external events, supporting business development initiatives, and driving meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening WCEs brand presence, client relationships, and internal culture through strategic engagement, dynamic communication, and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand and marketing strategies across all platforms
  
• Coordinate CSR initiatives and build partnerships that align with company values
  
• Support client relationship-building efforts, proposal coordination, and sponsorships
  
• Organize internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  
• Lead the planning and execution of external events, networking functions, and brand campaigns

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, business development, or communications
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of branding, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement
