How you make an impact
You play a critical role in creating value for our portfolio companies as well as supporting our internal teams.
Portfolio Company Support
- Act as the account manager for a selection of our portfolio companies, providing both proactive and reactive support
- Interact with founders and management teams to gather information, build relationships, and address their needs
- Maintain oversight of portfolio companies data, metrics, and milestones, ensuring challenges or asks are escalated and resolved promptly
- Assist in assessing the financial health of portfolio companies through detailed data analysis and research
Financial Analysis
- Perform in-depth financial assessments to support portfolio companies and investment decisions
- Generate insights from financial data to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Data Management & Analysis
- Organize and maintain large datasets, including financial and operational data, ensuring data quality through meticulous entry and cleaning tasks
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams data requirements, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery
Post-Investment Support
- Support the Investment Team throughout the post-investment process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Facilitate strategy sessions, and project-manage mergers, acquisitions, and exits to achieve seamless execution
- Help the Investment Team build their conviction in startups under evaluation through market research and analysis
- Prepare insightful industry whitepapers to uncover market opportunities and trends
Operational & Strategic Initiatives Support
- Assist with various operational tasks and liaise with other teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective information sharing
- Build a database of preferred service providers and technology vendors to support portfolio company growth
- Lead task forces for special internal projects, accelerating process optimization and driving efficiency

Background
- You have graduated from at least a Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- You have an interest in business finance, and learning and tracking this operational aspect of a startup
Skillset
- You are numerically strong and have a knack for numbers. You're comfortable working with large data sets and drawing insights from analysis of the data (either in Excel or Google Sheets)
- You have a strong grasp of financial statements and key financial metrics, allowing you to confidently analyze and assess the financial health and performance of a business
- You are highly process-oriented and methodical in your approach
- You can switch easily between working meticulously with a high degree of attention to detail, and looking at the big picture and thinking strategically
- While being laser-focused on your task at hand, you have no problems juggling multiple balls at the same time
- You are thoughtful, possessing strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
- You are extremely service-oriented and have the ability to build trust and forge long term relationships with people of all backgrounds
- You are articulate and eloquent both in written and verbal communication
