Country Manager (Italy)

• Watton Hall are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee operations within a designated country. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the pharmaceutical business, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
  
• Develop and implement successful business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within the region, implementing initiatives that promote growth and enhance market presence.
• Ensure compliance with all public health guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant parties while representing the company at local events or meetings.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  
• A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Strong understanding of business strategies with proven ability to drive growth.
