Responsibilities:

• Co-create the solution landscape and roadmap alongside GO functions
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation
• Manage the stage gate and demand process from ideation to new IT solutions, helping GO identify the most impactful ideas
• Lead and manage projects to ensure successful setup and execution
• Serve as a Process Consultant, supporting BPO/BPE in workshops to design and model processes according to BPMN standards
• Assist the Product Owner in requirements engineering and defining user stories for a comprehensive understanding of business needs
• Translate business requirements into IT language and ensure alignment with GIT processes and standards
• Ensure end-to-end availability and quality of IT services

• Profile:

• Master's degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a related field
• IT professional with at least 3 years of experience in complex, international IT environments, preferably with in-depth knowledge of production and quality processes
• Proven track record in managing mid-sized projects, as well as experience in process management and the implementation of software and systems
• Strong communication and change management skills, with a results-driven approach and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of IT technologies, particularly SAP QM, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Laboratory Management Systems (LIMS)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or other European languages is a plus
