The Head of Global Marketing in urology is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives within the urology sector on a global scale. This role requires an innovative leader with a deep understanding of the urology market including emerging trends, competitive landscape and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive product adoption and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, amend and implement global brand Strategy and TPP (Target Product Profile), partnering with Regional Marketing, Market Access and the GMs (General Managers)
- Strong focus on supporting the marketing strategy for the EMEA business unit
- Lead the global Urology & Oncology strategy for the regional and global roll out
- Interact and oversee KOL management initiatives
- Lead the cross-functional brand team and oversee international Project Management
- Develop Marketing budgets
- Identify new business opportunities within urology through collaboration within business development teams
- Establish and maintain. The greatest degree of in-depth knowledge and awareness of the market, market research, and market intelligence
Profile
- Bachelor or Masters in Marketing
- Proven track record in successfully leading the regional/global marketing strategy
- Extensive experience in similar positions in the life science industry.
- Experience in managing local and regional cross functional commercial teams/direct reports.
- Despite being a pharmaceutical company, experience in medical device is beneficial but not essential.
