We are offering a Graduate Training Program within the Planning and Administration department of our Managed Fleets section. This program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience in logistics operations, document management, and subcontractor coordination.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collating, reviewing, and uploading Proof of Deliveries (PODs).​

  • Support planning and reporting activities.​

  • Review and assist in updating subcontractor due diligence documentation.​

  • Provide operational support to the logistics team.​

  • Generate reports for data analysis.​

  • Conduct daily audits of data in management systems.​

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.​

  • Relevant work experience is advantageous but not required.​

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.​

  • Computer literate with the ability to operate online management systems and Microsoft Office applications.​

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.​

  • Effective communication skills via phone and email.​

  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.​
