About the job Supply Chain Graduate
We are offering a Graduate Training Program within the Planning and Administration department of our Managed Fleets section. This program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience in logistics operations, document management, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collating, reviewing, and uploading Proof of Deliveries (PODs).

Support planning and reporting activities.

Review and assist in updating subcontractor due diligence documentation.

Provide operational support to the logistics team.

Generate reports for data analysis.

Conduct daily audits of data in management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant work experience is advantageous but not required.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.

Computer literate with the ability to operate online management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills via phone and email.

Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
