We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Capture and Filing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, entering, and managing data within our in-house database system. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation and Data Entry:

    • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.​

    • Verify the accuracy of source documents before data entry.​

    • Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database.​

    • Review completed work for accuracy and completeness.​

    • Obtain further information for incomplete documents when necessary.​

  • Filing and Record Management:

    • File entered forms in designated locations systematically.​

    • Annually archive forms as required.​

    • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files promptly.​

    • Print information when required and ensure proper distribution.​

    • Maintain compliance with data integrity and security policies.​

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:

    • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.​

  • Experience and Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).​

    • Strong organizational and planning skills.​

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.​

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.​

    • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.​

    • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.​

    • Good time management and organizational skills.​

Salary:

  • R9,000 per month.​
