Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric)​

  • Experience: No prior experience required​

  • Knowledge:

    • Public Service Regulations (PSR)​

    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)​

    • Public Service Act (PSA)​

    • Operation of Telecommunication Systems​

    • Receptionist Etiquette​

  • Skills:

    • Analytical thinking​

    • Problem-solving abilities

    • Planning and organizing​

    • Effective communication (verbal and written)​

    • Computer literacy​

    • Report writing​

    • Active listening​

    • Customer-focused approach​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls​

  • Provide comprehensive receptionist services​

  • Maintain and operate switchboard equipment​

  • Coordinate the booking of boardrooms​

  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
