About the job Warehouse Administrator
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes by handling documentation, inventory systems, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and shipments

Process and verify incoming and outgoing goods

Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments

Generate reports on inventory, order status, and warehouse activities
-
Ensure all documentation is filed and managed according to company procedures

Support inventory control and cycle count activities

Assist with dispatch planning and tracking deliveries

Perform general administrative duties to support the warehouse team
Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

A relevant qualification from a South African TVET college or university (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration)

12 years experience in warehouse or logistics administration

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
-
Computer literacy, especially MS Excel and warehouse management software

Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
