About the job Warehouse Administrator

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes by handling documentation, inventory systems, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and shipments

  • Process and verify incoming and outgoing goods

  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments

  • Generate reports on inventory, order status, and warehouse activities

  • Ensure all documentation is filed and managed according to company procedures

  • Support inventory control and cycle count activities

  • Assist with dispatch planning and tracking deliveries

  • Perform general administrative duties to support the warehouse team

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

  • A relevant qualification from a South African TVET college or university (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration)

  • 12 years experience in warehouse or logistics administration

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Excel and warehouse management software

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
