Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about Water Tower Groups products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshooting customer issues, resolving complaints, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Assisting with order processing, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Offering proactive solutions and suggesting products or services to meet customer needs.
- Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical or product-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
